Is bouldering a good way to get in shape?

Yes! Climbing promotes discipline, strength, endurance and finesse. Bouldering offers a fun and challenging environment for both seasoned vets and first-timers to stay fit and active.

Is food allowed in the gym?

Yes! Peanut-free food is allowed in the gym on any non-mat area. We also have snacks for purchase.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is climbing shoes and a chalk bag. If you don't own your own you can rent them from us. Socks are mandatory.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable. We recommend clothing that is loose or can stretch.

Is there an age restriction?

We welcome all ages! Parental or adult supervision is required for all participants 12 years of age and under. Children 3 and under are free with a paying adult.

I'm afraid of heights. Will this be a problem?

No. Go as high as you want. When you're bouldering or climbing, you can always choose how high you go. And with bouldering, the challenge is in the moves more so than the height.
